A convenient breezeway connects units and you enter your
special home away from home for the next week. Newly
painted, redecorated, and refurnished, this unit feels clean
and comfortable. Welcoming colors come together between
furniture, distinctive framed art, woodwork. Two double pane
glass doors lead to spacious patio on the golf course.
Enjoy the array of books and magazines in the family room
. Enjoy your favorite CD's and cassettes with well equipped
entertainment center. Relax on the comfortable sofa or
futon. Open the privacy blinds and view the golf course and
let the Florida sunshine fill the room.
Stretch out on the patio in full view of the golf course
and enjoy cocktails or and evening of grilling out and
enjoying the beautiful Destin sunset. Use the barbeque grill
for a cookout with friends or family or sip ice cold
beverages in one of the Adirondack chairs.
Need to use a washer and dryer? Very continently located
across from the front door. Unpack your suitcases and hang
up your clothes in the spacious closet. The King Size Master
Bed welcomes you for a good night's sleep.
The Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in the living room is
comfortable and folds up with the sheets and blankets still
on it. The thick bedding on the Futon guarantees a
refreshing nights sleep.
Convenient lavatories , one inside the bathroom, one
outside. The bathroom is clean and fresh with clean towels
and a circular shower bar to maximize room for showering
before or after the beach
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with dishes,
pots and pans, silverware, glassware. The range/stove and
new microwave call to your culinary skills. Coffee maker,
toaster, dishwasher, disposal, you've got it.
The new 'fridge has plenty of room for groceries and
beverages.
Serve a quick snack or gourmet dinner and serve it on the
dining room table or picnic outdoors on the patio.
Bring your laptop and stay connected! A new computer
table with wireless high speed internet lets you surf the
web and send email while on vacation. All the great useful

you're there in about a four minute walk. Or, if you prefer,
take your car and to Seascape's private beach parking lot.
Or you can always jump in one of five pools, play golf,
